Register a Return, Missing item, or Warranty

Easily manage your return, shortage, or warranty request in your personal account: orders/return/defective.

Standard Return Policy

  • You can return products within 90 days of purchase.
  • Returns are possible up to 1 year after purchase, but a 10% restocking fee will apply.
  • Returns must be registered in advance. Once approved, you will receive an RMA form, which you can download yourself or receive by email.
  • Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • The return shipment must always include the RMA form.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the RMA form.
  • Bandsaw blades cannot be returned, as they are custom welded to size.
  • The standard return fee is €5.00 excl. VAT.
  • Any additional return shipping costs will be specified in the confirmation after your request has been processed.
  • In the case of a valid warranty claim or an error on our part, no costs will be charged.

Conditions for Pick-up of Returned Products

  • If you choose to have return items picked up, additional costs will apply. These will be specified in the confirmation after your request has been processed.
  • Ensure the goods are properly packaged and consolidated into one box, ready at the counter/reception for UPS pickup.
  • The package may not exceed 31.5 kg in weight or dimensions of 58 x 78 x 175 cm.

If the package cannot be collected on the agreed day, the costs will still be charged, as these are also passed on to us.
