Frequently Asked Questions about the Ordering Process.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order via our webshop Phantom.eu, through an EDI connection, or by emailing your purchase order to sales@vanommen.nl.

What is the status of my order?

You can check the current status of your order in your order overview. Log in to Phantom.eu and navigate to your personal environment via the menu. Don’t have an account or have any questions? Please contact our customer service – we’re happy to assist you.

An item is missing from my package. Will it be delivered separately?

Check your order history to see if the item is in stock. If not, please report it as a missing item via the missing item procedure or contact our customer service.

What is the delivery time for my order?

If you place your order on a weekday before 19:00, we will ship it the same day. The exact delivery time depends on the carrier and the chosen shipping method:

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can. You are welcome to pick up your order on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 19:00 at the following address:

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return items within 90 days of purchase. All information regarding returns can be found on our Returns, Missing Items, and Warranty page.

What is the warranty period?

The standard warranty period is 12 months with normal use, starting from the delivery date. For intensive use, such as in shift work, the warranty period may be shorter.
