Order and returns

Ordering

1. Add items to your shopping cart.
2. Check the selected items in your cart and complete your personal details.
3. Place your order; you will receive a confirmation email from us within 10 minutes.

Delivery

Orders placed on working days before 7:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
The delivery time for items that are not in stock can be found in your order summary on the website.

Invoicing

You will receive the invoice through your trusted dealer. Once your order is confirmed, the dealer will receive this confirmation and – after we have shipped the items – will issue and send the invoice.
If you have questions about the invoice, please contact your dealer.

Returns

You may return items up to 90 days after the purchase date.
Since invoicing is handled through your dealer, any returns must also be arranged through your dealer.
